In this hands-on session, India Hartley, Director of Marketing and Membership for the Southern Palmetto Chamber, will guide participants through the process of getting comfortable on camera. India will cover how to write a simple, effective script, tips to ease your nerves, and how to capture high-quality video content using just your phone. Because when your customers see and hear you, they connect with your business on a whole new level.
The second half of the workshop features April Robinson, founder and owner of Low Country Açaí Bowls, a Propel Business Lab graduate and winner of the Southern Palmetto’s 2024 Business of the Year. April will share how she developed a strong, authentic voice for her brand on social media—growing her following to nearly 3,000 in just over a year. She’ll offer insight into her content strategy, how she stays consistent, and what’s worked best for engaging her audience.
