CLUBBERCISE (Ilfracombe)

Clubbercise is a fun dance fitness class in a disco atmosphere with glow sticks. Dancing to epic dance anthems from the 90’s to present day. Fun for any age or ability, just do what you can. Burns around 500 calories, great for your fitness and mental health.

Helen the instructor has been teaching this concept for 10 years and still loves it.
