This gentle 6-week course is designed especially for beginners — no flexibility, fitness, or experience needed. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected from your body, or just in need of deep rest… you’re in the right place.
Together, we’ll explore simple, nourishing yoga practices to regulate your nervous system and guide you back to a place of calm and connection. Expect slow, grounding poses, soothing breathwork, and somatic movement practices that ease stress, support better sleep, and promote healing on every level — body, mind, and heart.
In these sessions, your body receives the signal: You are safe. When the brain’s threat level lowers, the parasympathetic nervous system activates — heart rate slows, blood pressure drops, digestion improves, and healing begins. You’ll move from “fight or flight” into a state of “rest and digest,” where the body can truly let go.
✨ Even though this class is slow and calming, you’ll be encouraged to listen deeply to your body and only do what feels right for you. Some stretches may be deep, and there’s space for reflection and stillness too.
You’ll leave each class feeling grounded, soothed, and more at home in yourself — and it’s the perfect setup for a peaceful night’s sleep.
