We All Stand Together - Geminir 509 A.S.
Come one, come all, to the Geminir Hero’s Gathering in Vorydian City!
The month of Geminir is an internationally observed holiday that celebrates the establishment of the Great Accord between all of the religions of Rowanon. During this month, the leaders of the world’s religions meet to discuss official business pertaining to relations between them. It is celebrated as a time to observe peace and solidarity between different faiths and to revere the sacred balance between Solaarian and Lunaarian. In the spirit of this balance, there is no church which holds Geminir as sacred to any one deity.
As the heat of the summer season begins to creep over Vorydian, the citizens are thankful for the yearly appearance of the Telyrian Fountain to cool off the hardworking heroes. The engineers have installed the ice-blowers and the chefs have laid in assortments of ice confectionaries for the coming gathering. Hurrah!
Rumors abound of a possible location for the source of the mechanical strangeness coming out of the Sca’th Woods recently. Though, there is always Something weird skulking out of the Sca’th, if truth be told.
The Heroes have been doing a great job with rebuilding and revitalizing Vorydia on all fronts. These much-needed endeavors are moving forward at an excellent pace. The Crown applauds all who have contributed, and continue to contribute, to the recovery efforts, not to mention the great work that the nobles have been doing with diplomatic visits to various countries to re-establish amicable foreign relations.
There is talk of a Turgosian-backed mission to the southern country of Rentioch, which should prove exciting, as well as other interesting delves into the less-known areas of the southlands. There is also talk of runaway runes… Runaway Runes?
What,whaat?... and prophesized portals to the worst place anyone can think of… and, oh goodness, and also a horrific rumor about a poor caravan of peaceful merchants being absolutely slaughtered on the road!
The Crafter's Guild has announced another friendly early reminder that the World's Faire Invention Competition will indeed resume this year during the Leovir gathering (August), and urges all inventors to continue working on their entries. It has been widely circulated that the categories will be as follows…
Artisans: with subcategories of Alchemist, Engineer, Inscriptionist, and Smith
Masters: with subcategories of Alchemist, Engineer, Inscriptionist, and Smith
Grandmasters: with subcategories of Alchemist, Engineer, Inscriptionist, and Smith
Non-Craft Inventions (Arcane Magic Items, Divine Magic Items, Academic Items)
The Official Rules and Regulations will be announced with the Leovir Gathering announcement.

- Chef Guy’s Kitchen will be serving Saturday Feast as usual, with the menu To Be Determined. We will announce the menu when it has been finalized.
