The President, The Constitution, and the Courts: An Update

Where are we eight months into the new Administration? What is the legal status of the numerous Executive Orders issued by the President that run counter to established Constitutional law and policies? Where do the Court challenges to those Executive Orders stand? What lies ahead? Instructor is Berney Kubetz, a semi-retired trial attorney whose 50 years practice focused on Constitutional Law and the First Amendment.
