Registration is from 5.45pm on Beach Road, y Felinheli. Numbers are picked up on the evening from the registration point on the green. Safety pins will be available, and the race will start promptly at 7pm.

All Junior runners must be over 15 on the day of the race.

The race starts and finishes on Beach Road, Y Felinheli and these points will be well marked. Please note this is a multi-terrain route.

The race will be timed electronically by TDL.
