Stay Independent: Cooking For One or Two

Stay Independent is a healthy aging program offered through Iowa State University Extension and Outreach for adults who are 60 years of age and older.

Join us for a "Cooking For One or Two" session and learn to use MyPlate for meal planning and unpack a toolbox of tips for planning, shopping and preparing well-balanced meals.
