Feeling tired, tense, or overwhelmed?
This weekly class is a gentle space to slow down, release tension, and reset your nervous system. You’ll be guided through calming breathwork, simple movement, and long, restful postures to help you feel more grounded, spacious, and at ease—both in body and mind. It’s perfect if you're always rushing, struggling to sleep, or holding tension you can’t quite shake.
This class is especially for:
✨ Overthinkers, perfectionists, and chronically stressed folks
✨ Anyone who finds it hard to relax or stick to a self-care routine at home
✨ Desk workers, carers, or anyone feeling stiff, achy, or disconnected from their body
✨ People who feel intimidated by the gym or fast-paced classes
✨ Beginners, or those returning to yoga after a break
This might not be the right fit if you’re after a sweaty, high-energy workout—or if you prefer a more hands-on, highly structured class. This is a softer, more mindful approach where you're encouraged to move at your own pace and make choices that work for your body.
