I invite anyone feeling stressed, overwhelmed or tired to my next Rest workshop. No yoga or meditation experience is necessary, I promise ☺
We will stay in each pose for a few minutes. There will be a lot of options and enough time to find a variation that works for your body. Practice will be beginner-friendly.
Bolsters, blocks and yoga belts will be provided. Please wear some warm and comfy clothes, we won't be moving much on the mat. Low-key music will be played in the background.
Location: located in the pedestrianised area of the town centre in London Yard which is just off Parson's Street, opposite the Old Auctioneer. There are car parks at each end of Parson's Street (in the Market Place and North Bar) as well as directly behind the Old Auctioneer and in Bolton Road (the former multi-storey, which is now a street-level car park only). From either of these two car parks, it's a short walk along the path next to the Auctioneer garden into Parson's Street.
