LOCATION: Wyman Park Upper Field, 3701 Tudor Arms Ave, Baltimore, MD 21211
Look for the Pop Up Yoga Baltimore sign! This is a smaller field surrounded by trees.
DATE & TIME: Saturday, July 5th 10-11am

COST: All classes are pay what you can. Cash, Venmo, and PayPal accepted.
WHAT TO BRING: Yoga mat, water, sunglasses, sunscreen, towel
PARKING: There is plentiful street parking – you may need to walk a block or two. If you don’t see us when you arrive, we relocated because the space was already in use – we’ll be right around the corner near the baseball field!
RAIN PLAN: If class is cancelled due to weather we will post in the event and on social media no later than an hour before class.

PT SCREENS
Julia will offer 15 minute free PT screens starting after class. We will have 6 slots that will be first come, first serve (sign up in-person before yoga). If you have an injury and would like to sign up in advance, contact us via instagram or Facebook.
ABOUT JULIA & TRUE SPORTS PHYSICAL THERAPY
Julia Janczur’s passion for physical therapy began while teaching yoga, where she discovered a love for helping her students adapt their practice to accommodate injuries and physical limitations. This experience sparked her interest in rehabilitation and inspired her to pursue a career in physical therapy, blending her yoga expertise with a deep understanding of movement and recovery.
Julia earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, where she gained hands-on experience during her clinical rotations, specializing in sports injuries, hypermobility syndromes, and orthopedic conditions. Her academic and clinical training provided her with the skills to treat a wide variety of patients, from athletes to individuals with chronic conditions.
Julia specializes in working with individuals managing hypermobility, as well as those involved in yoga and rock climbing. Her unique background allows her to connect deeply with her patients, emphasizing strength, stability, and injury prevention to help them thrive in their activities.
