Holistic Childbirth Series

This is our most thorough, comprehensive course option, consisting of 6 consecutive weeks for 2-2.5 hours per session. Designed by our Expert Education Team, you can expect to walk away with the most evidence-based, up-to-date birth information and materials possible, including handouts and videos to revisit as your due date approaches! This class is perfect for anyone wanting to feel prepared and empowered, whether planning a hospital, birth center, or homebirth. What this class covers: • how to prepare for birth • anatomy of the pregnant person • the stages of labor • understanding medical interventions • partner involvement and support • how to become an empowered partner • coping techniques including breathing (and beyond) • positions for labor • creating a birth preferences document • confidence-building and community-building with other pregnant couples • discovering postpartum.
