We’re so in love with this Dinner Series and hope you’re gonna want to be here. Think three delicious courses (all available separately,) fun and fancy cocktails, and a menu that lets Amelia really show off what she can do. It’s a step up from our usual dinners, with creative dishes you won’t find any other night. Come hungry, bring your friends, and let’s make it a night to remember.
This September we’re “Glazing” every course of our dinner. Our first course is inspired by the idea of savory s’mores (look for more of this idea in November) so we’re going to glaze a mini Brie cheese in hot honey, brûlée it, and serve it with a little salad. For the main course we’re going RIBS, glazing them in a house made Gochujang BBQ sauce, and give them side dishes that are rich and delicious. Finally for dessert we’re serving an Angel Food Cake (cause we’re such angels) with Hibiscus Glaze.

2nd course
Gochujang Glazed Pork Ribs
Miso Butter Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Cabbage Slaw

Angel Food Cake with Hibiscus Glaze
