GBLA Awards Ceremony

The Greater Baltimore Leadership Association (GBLA) is proud to be named the National Urban League Young Professionals Chapter of the Year and the recipient of the National Day of Empowerment Award at #NULConf25! 

In 2024, we hosted 61 events, expanded our leadership team from 8 to 20, and empowered 70+ active members to lead with purpose. From Exam Excellence to workforce fundraisers and financial literacy drives, we turned mission into momentum.

We also made major impact locally—raising over $20,000, awarding $10K to Black entrepreneurs, and bringing 275+ people together for Pathways to Progress, a powerful evening of innovation, culture, and empowerment.
