Join us for a beginner Balboa series class! Jonna Carroll and Megan Mathews will be instructing starting with the very basics in an 8-week series in Balboa. Balboa is a lively style of dance to Jazz music developed in California in the 1930s. Its main features are a close embrace connection, and fast, shuffling steps. By the end of class you will be able to dance balboa socially. Come learn what all the fuss is about!

What you need:
-Bring your own water bottle, and plenty of it! Water is available for a charge at the VFW bar in the adjacent room.
-Slick shoes or socks to go over your shoes, balboa requires a lot of sliding

Parking: there is a small parking lot next to the VFW you are welcome to use, if full there is free street parking.

Dates: Wednesdays July 2-Aug 20th

Time: 7-8PM

Cost: $100 for the class series. Registration coming soon!

Join us after class for an all-levels practice from 8-8:45PM. Suggested donation for practice only $3-10 (included if you are taking the beginner class)

This class series will not run if class size is less than 5 participants, so sign-up early! LETS GO!
