Get ready for a completely improvised romantic comedy like you’ve never seen before! At the Baltimore Improv Group, a friend presents a PowerPoint about an invited single person—someone who's in on the fun—and we turn it into a live rom-com, made up on the spot.
Each show starts with a heartfelt and hilarious pitch: a friend takes the stage, PowerPoint in hand, to hype up the invited single and share what makes them amazing.
Then, our team of improvisers takes that story and spins it into a full-blown romantic comedy, packed with meet-cutes, big feelings, awkward moments, and all the classic rom-com tropes.

ABOUT THE BIG THEATER
The BIG Theater serves as the region's leading non-profit improv comedy theater. Located at 1727 N. Charles St. in the Station North Arts & Entertainment District, the theater opened in 2017 and offers 3,000 square feet of space for live comedy shows, classes and workshops for adults, kids, and teens.
The theatre is also equipped with several classrooms, a library, and a podcast studio. BIG's live theater shows include improv comedy, stand-up, sketch, storytelling, and other local Maryland improv shows.
