Aerial Chains with Heels Choreography Workshop

Step into your power with this one-of-a-kind workshop taught by LA based aerialist and performer, Scarlet Divine, that fuses the strength of looped aerial chains with the sensuality of heels, combining aerial and floorwork. In this 90 minute workshop you will learn a choreographed routine that blends fluidity, acrobatics, and empowered movement, on and off the chains. This workshop invites you to explore your fierce, feminine energy while building strength, control, and confidence.
Prerequisities - Some aerial or pole experience recommended
Cost is $85 for non-members
$80 for members
