4 Week Acro Series

AcroYoga is a fun playful practice that invites you to look at the way you move totally different. Eric creates a beginner friendly, all inclusive, and safe environment to learn. We will cover specific drills that really connect us to our power. Then we get to see how power combined with ease create connection with our partner and form the pose. This series will be progressive and by the end of the series, you will have built a fun acro flow along with a newfound trust and connections with classmates and yourself. Most people also leave inspired and empowered with a whole new curiousity on how to move about life. Cost is $135 for the 4 week series and brand new students will also receive 3 complimentary classes with this intro series package!
