Farm to Fork Dinner: June 12

Chatham University’s Farm to Fork series runs every 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month through August (rain or shine) from 4:30 to 7:00 p.m. at the Large Barn at Eden Hall Campus.

Expert chefs from Parkhurst Dining will create dishes utilizing produce from Eden Hall’s farm and other local vendors to craft authentic culinary experiences for guests to enjoy outdoors on the grounds of Eden Hall Farm. New this year: locally sourced beer and wine will be available to purchase!

June 12th MENU:

Entrées - $18
Chicken and vegetable stir fry
Seitan and vegetable stir fry

Sides - $3
Lo mein or fried rice
Edamame salad
Chili oil smashed potatoes

NA Drink - $3
Hibiscus and raspberry iced tea

Dessert - $4
White chocolate matcha brownies

Make it a Meal - $30
1 Entrée with 3 Sides, 1 Dessert, & 1 NA Drink

Attendees can dine in or take out. Cash or card payment on-site. RSVPs are highly encouraged. While walk-ins are welcome, RSVP-ing helps us eliminate food waste and stay sustainable.
