Lions mane extractions can be tricky so we are here to step by step. We are hosting our first Lions Mane Mushroom extraction workshop with @emilywisdom.
⏰Kitchen Time- in a small group we will combine our high quality ingredients as we follow a custom recipe for our Lions Mane Mushroom extraction
🪇Shake and 🧘🏽♀️Stretch -Emily Wisdom will lead us with our shake and stretch. Our mushroom will need to be shaken to improve our quality of our end product.
📆 10 day- our extraction will take 10 days so we will be posting on our story additions moments for your enjoyment with your shake ans stretch
