■ No Downpayment, No Reservation. Reservation is on a "First Come, First Served" basis.
■ Payment balances will be collected on the day of the scheduled trip.
■ To secure your slots, at least 50% must be settled.
■ REPLACEMENTS are allowed.
■ Downpayments are NON-REFUNDABLE but TRANSFERABLE. In case we cancelled, postponed or rescheduled the event, you can either use your DP on the same re-scheduled hike or you may transfer it to other hikes of your choice.
■ Last-minute back out (3 days before the scheduled hike) is considered sold. Meaning, you have to pay the event fee in full.
■ TheNorthernVoyager reserves the right to CANCEL or POSTPONE this event at any time for major reasons.
