Sound Healing Workshop

Join us for an hour of relaxation and healing.

When we open sacred space, it’s with an intention to anchor and carry us into whatever we need to receive in that present moment, allowing us to bathe in the different sounds that come through intuitively. This is an opportunity for deep energetic shifts of your auric field and a clearing out of old stagnant energy.

We will be lying down so it’s essential to bring whatever you need for comfort.

You will need a yoga mat, blanket and cushion, eye mask can be nice but entirely optional.

Tricia and Aurore have been walking the path for over 15 years. Their combined experiences bring a wealth of active listening skills and empathy for each individual sacred story. Their interests and field of experience range from Steiner Education to Shamanism, Stillness, Astrology, Non Duality, Buddhism and more. In their hands we truly trust you will feel empowered and nurtured.

Our other venues, MAKE and SHAPE (30 & 32 Newmarket Street), are fully accessible at ground level.
