Join holistic therapist Guiomar and guest facilitator @Sarah Connelly is an integrative counsellor and Flow Dance Meditation facilitator. Flow Dance Meditation honours movement as medicine and expression as mindfulness. It’s an embodied practice that invites you to connect with your body, your emotions, and the present moment through music and intuitive movement, for an immersive afternoon of elemental healing, joy, and connection:
🌞 Opening Circle – Smudging, setting sacred space, and honouring the Summer Solstice
🌞 Guided Shamanic Meditation – A deep inner journey to meet and release what no longer serves
🌞 Fire Ritual – Burn your written burdens and symbolically let go
🌞 Flow Dance Meditation – Shake, move, and embody the energy of liberation (guided by Sarah)
🌞 Sound Bath – Deep rest and nervous system integration
🌞 Closing Prayer – Gratitude, grounding, and blessings to the Sun
🌞 Herbal Nibbles & Reflection – A light sharing space to nourish and connect
🌞 Drumming Activation - bring your drum! Join the rhythm of release as we stoke the fire with sound

DRESS CODE: Boho Soul Vibes (Optional but Encouraged)
Flowing dresses, soft fabrics, earth tones, or white to honour the light.
Feel free to wear a flower crown, feathers, or nature adornment -- wild hearts welcome!
Barefoot is beautiful (or bring soft soles for grounding).
Layers are wise -- we’ll be in the woods, with shifting sun and shade.
