Enjoy a beautifully calm and welcoming lunchtime retreat nestled in Buckinghamshire countryside alongside a host of farm animals for an optimistic therapeutic start to your day. Coffee, tea or a cold beverage and cake or a snack of your choice is included.



Using traditional Chinese medicine techniques, we explore holistic health in a unique and grounding way. Gentle exercise and deep breathing pairs with the social fun of learning something new and reflecting on self-development.



Includes a restful and centring Qi-Gong balancing exercise session and meaningful meditation before a springtime stroll through the Goat Centre (animal feeding optional!)



We also coach you through a series of exercises designed to address specific organs to increase blood circulation, and allow muscles to be strengthened and conditioned in a creative, functional way.



Kim and Charis guide you through a unique experience that unify their individual trainings and blend the practical with the mystical in a creative, highly beneficial mindfulness mini-retreat. You will also get the chance to connect with like-minded souls and have a fun half-day of getting to know yourself and others.
