Nature Immersion & Mental Health Workshop
Join us at our North Lamar store on Sunday, June 29th, for a FREE morning workshop on Nature Immersion therapy with Chi-Wei Chang! Learn about how your can better regulate your nervous system by tapping into your connection with nature. Space is limited, so reserve your spot today!

Chi-Wei Chang’s journey spans international relations, language teaching, and building localization programs at SaaS companies, with global experience in the US, Japan, The Netherlands, and Ireland. She enjoys hiking, is a hobbyist landscape photographer, and is now focusing on fostering human to nature connection. Chi-Wei holds certifications in eco-therapy, nature-informed therapy, and wilderness first aid.
