Monday Night Club Run

Join us for a great run to start the week off. We meet at Mean Eyed Cat, have an info session/meet and greet, then take off in 2 groups (6:05 and 6:15) for 1 of 4 types of workouts. We usually rotate between Track, Intervals on the Hike and Bike trail, Hill runs/repeats, then a type of Tempo run at Zilker Park or on the trail. And if you feel like hanging out, we can grab a beverage and catch back up. Dogs are welcome (encouraged). This will be a weekly event that may change locations from time to time.
