41st Annual Viva La Vida Festival and Parade
is Austin’s largest and longest-running Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead)
event. This year’s festival will occur on Saturday, October 28, at 4th
Street and Congress Avenue. You can enjoy the Education Pavilion with
hands-on art activities, artist demos, traditional foods, local artists and
retail booths, a low-rider exhibition, and live performances throughout the
day.
2) Ghosts & Guitars: Music & Storytelling
This event offers a unique Halloween experience combining music and
storytelling within the atmospheric setting of a 140-year-old historic
church. The performance features Guitar and violin by Will Taylor, cello by
Tony Rogers and Spooky tales by Jim Trainer! Isn’t it super-exciting?! You
can expect a spine-tingling evening filled with haunting melodies and

3) Austin Halloween Run 2024

Halloween-themed running
event. Lace up your running shoes and grab your Halloween costume - we've
mapped out a 5k-ish course that starts and ends at this awesome taproom in.
Runners and walkers of all levels can join the 5K, 10K, or 13.1-mile races
while enjoying the festive atmosphere. This is an untimed, fun-run. All
levels of walkers, runners and joggers are welcome.
4) Halloween Austin 6th Street Bar Crawl

and plenty of drinks! Unleash your inner zombie and join the
Austin 6th Street Bar Crawl,
