Lunchbox History Series - The Coming of the Railroad 1867-1900
Lunchbox History presents “The Coming of the Railroad 1867-1900” with local historian, educator, & author Dean Ulland.

Learn more about when the railroad first arrived in Austin & Mower County.

This FREE event, sponsored by the Mower County Historical Society, will be in the Pioneer Building. Doors open at 11:30 with the presentation starting promptly at noon. Everyone is invited to “Bring your lunch AND bring a friend,” to learn about history in a relaxing environment during the middle of the day.
