Kū Mana 5k/2.5k Run in River Place 2025. SUBIONO CrossFit Games Fundraiser

WELCOME TO THE KŪ MANA 5k/2.5k RUN/WALK/RUCK, LIVE OR VIRTUAL!

THANK YOU for supporting Ka'eo and Kūlani Subiono as they prepare to compete at the 2023 NOBULL CrossFit Games in Madison, WI on August 1st, 2nd and 3rd. They are competing for a WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP in their divisions. Kūlani in the 14-15 Teen Division. Ka'eo in the 16-17 Teen Division. This is Kūlani's FIRST trip to the CrossFit Games and Ka'eo's THIRD. They are pumped and ready to RUMBLE!

Entry Fee: Donation. Give out of the goodness of your heart, whatever you feel led to give!

Anyone can participate, you don't have to be a Kū Mana CrossFit gym member.

Meet at Sun Tree Park in River Place : 10607 Sun Tree Cove, Austin, TX 78730

Check In: 7:00 - 7:30am

Warm Up: 7:30am - 7:50am

Race Start: 8:00am

5k Route "THE BEAST": Check out the map below. Note the big hill climb on the back half. Head down Big View Drive, then right on River Place Blvd, then straight UPHILL along side River Place Country Club back to Sun Tree Park to the finish line.

2.5k Route "THE LIL BEAST": Check out the map below. Note that his course stays on the flats and DOES NOT go downhill at all. Head down Big View Drive, then take a right on China Garden Drive, then a left on Treasure Island Drive, then a right on River Place Blvd back Sun Tree Park to the finish line.

There will be a Kū Mana CrossFit BAKE SALE!

Bump and Beyond Chiropractic and Wellness will be there with co-owner and Kū Mana CrossFit member Anna Bales.
