This circle is for anyone who identifies as male and is seeking deeper connection, reflection, and growth. Together, we’ll explore what it means to embody grounded, present, and compassionate masculinity. Through movement, breath, and shared stories, we’ll build a space of support and strength.

What to Expect:

• Gentle yoga and physical movement to ground the body
• Breathwork to release stress and reconnect with inner clarity
• A facilitated sharing circle to speak, listen, and be witnessed
• Tools for emotional resilience, grounded presence, and authentic connection
• A community of men committed to growth, honesty, and brotherhood

What to Bring:

• Nothing is required
• Optional: a journal or notebook if you’d like to reflect or jot down insights
• Comfortable clothing for light movement

This is a come-as-you-are space. You’re welcome here - whether it’s your first circle or your hundredth.
