Plant-Based Orecchiette with Broccoli & Spicy Impossible Sausage
A Southern Italian classic, reimagined. Broccoli is slow-cooked into a rustic sauce that clings to every curve of the orecchiette. Spicy Impossible sausage adds bold, meaty heat, while garlic, olive oil, and Calabrian chile bring warmth and depth. Finished with a generous amount of shaved Parmesan.
