About the event

Wetlands Bird Walk

Date: June 7 & 8
Time: 9-10 am
Location: Pelican Point

Meet at the Pelican Point Parking Lot and walk into the wetlands via the Smoky Hill Trail and Pipeline Trail to see what birds are out and about and learn about birding. The Smoky Hill Trail is paved and the Pipeline trail is packed dirt, both trails are mostly flat with the Pipeline Trail having some uneven sections. Please bring your own binoculars for wildlife viewing and enough water to last the full hour of birding. Be prepared for possible mud in the wetlands.
