Let the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and the rhythm of the waves guide you into deep relaxation and renewal, as the sun sets over the sea.

✨ Settling In
Arrive a few minutes early to find your cozy spot in the sand. Feel the stillness of the ocean air and connect with the natural beauty around you.
✨ Sound Bath & Meditation
You’ll be gently guided into a meditative state as healing vibrations from crystal singing bowls and soft percussion wash over you. Let go of tension, breathe deeply, and allow yourself to simply receive. We’ll close with a few quiet moments of reflection to integrate your experience and return to the present with ease.
🌅 What to Bring:
A blanket or towel to lie on
Any comfort items you like (pillow, bolster, eye mask, blanket)
Water, tea, or whatever brings you joy

Everyone! Whether you’re brand new to sound healing or have joined us before, this offering is for all. Children are welcome — just be mindful of the shared space and those around you.
