Resilience Clinic
We’re thrilled to welcome Lisa Mitzel, author, speaker, and founder of Zen Tiger Mind, to NHG for a Resilience Clinic focused on mental strength and emotional wellbeing in sports.

This clinic is open to everyone, whether you're a member at our gym or not!

Sunday, 27 July from 6:00pm to 7:30pm at NHG Gymnastics at EFS- 17 Silverfield, Wairau Valley! Tickets are $15 per family and we strongly encourage parents to attend with their athlete!
