Join a songwriting workshop with Songwriters 4 Climate Action where we'll be creating songs (poetry & art) around the theme of ‘Rising Waters’. Whether you’re inspired by local flooding, rising sea levels, the health of our Moana; let’s get writing.
This creative session will compliment our ‘Rising Waters’ Open Mic (28th August), where you can perform relevant songs you're working on!

Songwriters 4 Climate Action (SW4CA) is an initiative by Holding Space Aotearoa, bringing together and supporting artists to create content that reflects the challenges and hopes of climate action. With two compilation albums already released and a third in development (SW4CA Vol.3 Rangatahi), the project fosters creativity, conversation and collaboration, encouraging artists to respond to the work of climate experts, Kaitiaki and our local environment. www.holdingspaceaotearoa.org
