Safe Sitter Essentials

Safe Sitter Essentials is a one-day class designed to prepare students in grades 6-8 to be safe when they're home alone, watching younger siblings, or babysitting.

Eckhart Public Library offers Safe Sitter Essentials on a quarterly basis, during DeKalb Central Schools breaks.

Registration forms are available at our events calendar (link in Tickets) or can be picked up at the Library. Completed forms can be emailed to cHJvZ3JhbW1pbmcgfCBlcGwgISBsaWIgISBpbiAhIHVz or dropped off at the Library

We are pleased to be able to offer this class free of charge. Students attending the class should bring a lunch.
