Battle of the Bands: The Battle Begins
ROUND 1: July 3, 10, 17, & 24 | 8PM
FINAL BATTLE: July 31 | 7:30PM

FIRST ROUND: THE BATTLES
On each night, three bands will perform 45-minute sets, with time slots assigned by the Entertainment Committee.

Performance times will be at 8:00PM, 9:00PM, and 10:00PM. Each event will be judged by crowd vote: all guests entering Galaxy will receive one ballot card and have their hand stamped to ensure one vote per person.

At the end of the night, guests will place their ballots into a box, and the Entertainment Committee will tally the votes to determine the winning band. The band with the most votes on each of the four nights will move on to the final round.

FINAL BATTLE: THE ULTIMATE SHOWDOWN
The Final Round will take place on Friday, July 31, 2025, and will feature the four winning bands from the previous rounds.

Each band will perform two 30-minute sets, with performance times assigned by the Entertainment Committee.

The first round of performances will begin at 7:30PM and continue through 10:15PM.

After a short break, the second round will resume at 10:30PM and conclude at 1:15AM.

As with the earlier rounds, audience members will cast their votes via ballot cards received upon entry, and the Entertainment Committee will collect and tally the ballots to determine the final winner.

FINAL ROUND PRIZES:
First Place winner will receive: $10,000 in Cash
Second Place winner will receive: $5,000 in Cash
Third Place winner will receive: $2,500 in Cash
Fourth Place winner will receive: $1,250 in Cash

The Band Leader must be present at the time of the announcement to receive the prize. Failure to be present will result in forfeiture of the prize.
