Under the Big Top Wine Pairing Dinner

On Wednesday June 25 beginning at 7:30 p.m. Amore e Amore invites all to its first-ever Wine Pairing Dinner where the ristorante’s signature Under the Big Top pop-up will trade popcorn for pappardelle and set the scene for an evening of refined pours and indulgent plates. Guests are invited to savor a multi-course Italian feast where each act is paired with an expressive wine designed to dazzle. The evening begins with a welcoming pour of Franciacorta Italy’s answer to Champagne that's crisp bright and brimming with bubbles while acts to follow include timeless classics like Pappardelle Sinatra and Black Angus Filet Mignon served alongside Brunello di Montalcino the crown jewel of Tuscan reds. And for the grand finale a tempting parade of desserts will serve as the final note of sweetness capping a night of pours fit for even the most refined palates.
