You’re invited to the very first Soulful Healing Strides walk , a free, welcoming space to move your body and connect with community as we walk toward healing.

This isn’t a race. This is a ritual.
A walk for clarity, peace, and self-connection . Surrounded by people who get it.

Come solo or with a friend. All races, all body types, and all walks of life are welcome here.

• A 1-mile walk at a gentle, reflective pace
• A calm, peaceful space .
no pressure, no judgment
• Free branded water bottles while supplies last
• A journal card will be handed out for reflection (to be discussed during our Wednesday Zoom Soul Circle)
• Optional group photo at the end
