Soulful Breathwork with Sacred Sound Bath

Relax as Plamen gently guides you through a Soulful Breathwork experience that heals the body, calms the mind, and nourishes the soul. A single session of breathwork can change your life, creating immediate and lasting results. Soulful Breathwork is a safe and effective way to release old pain, grief, anger, fear or other unprocessed emotions.

Sacred Sound Bath led by Denise Foster, Reiki Master/Sound Therapist. She will be walking throughout the event, playing meditative instruments over you. This helps to enhance your experience, along with Reiki Healing. The breathwork flows into a sound bath to help you integrate your session.

No prior breathwork experience is required to attend.
