Cooking with Spirits: Italy - with Chef Nikki

Join us for a special cooking class hosted by Chef Nikki of The Smokey Mango!

Experience a slice of Italy inside ASW's Barrel Room, where you will make delicious handcrafted raviolis. Under Chef Nikki's guidance, you'll learn how to make handmade fresh pasta with authentic flavors. You will create either a traditional bolognese ragu or pesto sauce, and finish with indulgent Tiramisu.

Tickets include your choice of Authentic Bolognese Ragu or Vegetarian-friendly Pesto Pasta, handmade silky Tiramisu, and a drink token for a specialty craft cocktail inspired by Italian flavors.

Whether it's date night or a girls night, this Italian adventure awaits all skill levels. Pease arrive 15 minutes early to begin the journey. We hope to see you there!
