Auditions for Libby in 'I Ought to Be In Pictures'

A stipend will be paid.

Times for rehearsal will be determined once the show is cast.

We will have table reads Wednesday, July 30 and Thursday, July 31st.

Rehearsal starts Monday, August 4 (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and some Saturdays and Sundays. No rehearsals on Fridays)
No rehearsal on Labor Day, Monday-Sept 1.

Performances-
Friday-Sept 19 at 8pm (opening) Saturday-Sept 20 at 8 pm. Sunday-Sept 21 at 3pm.

Saturday-Sept 27 at 8pm
Sunday-Sept 28 at 3pm

Saturday-Oct 4 at 8pm
Sunday-Oct 5 at 3pm (closing performance)

Role-Libby-age range-mid 20’s to mid 30’s

Libby-is positive, independent and determined to do anything to accomplish her goals, whether that goal is to become a movie star or to reconnect with the Father she never knew.

Please prepare 1-1 minute comic monologue. Sides will be available at the theater
It would be delightful if you could do your monologue with a New York accent but accent is not mandatory.
