Kwavi is a dynamic life coach and speaker dedicated to revolutionizing the way women experience aging. As the host of The Aging Boldly Series—a vibrant platform that explores topics relevant to women in their 50s and beyond—she sparks honest, empowering conversations that challenge outdated norms and inspire confident living.

Kwavi is also the founder of the global Aging Boldly movement, which empowers women to reject limiting beliefs and embrace midlife as a season of purpose, power, and possibility.

Born in England, raised in Nigeria, and now based in Atlanta, Kwavi brings a global perspective to the conversation around aging. With over two decades in the tech industry, a Master’s degree in Medical Informatics, and a thriving coaching practice, she blends science, strategy, and soul to help women live unapologetically and age on their terms.

In a world that often celebrates youth at the expense of experience, Kwavi stands as a bold reminder that the second half of life can be the most powerful chapter yet.

DR. KRISTIE CUNNINGHAM

Dr. Kirstie Cunningham is a leading women’s health doctor who specializes in menopause.  She’s helped hundreds of women fix their hot flashes, clear their brain fog, restore their energy, and improve their libido. Having been menopausal since college, she understands firsthand the frustration of fighting menopausal fatigue, hot flashes, brain fog, sexual dysfunction and finding treatment that works.

Highly trained and honored by the medical community, Dr. Cunningham is board-certified in OB/GYN and a Diplomat of the American Congress of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She graduated from Duke University and received her medical degree from Wake Forest University. In addition, she is certified in menopause management by the North American Menopause Society. She has advanced training and certification in both bio-identical hormones and PRP and now helps women conquer fatigue, squelch hot flashes, improve their sex lives, and stop urine leakage naturally and quickly.

Dr. Cunningham actively teaches the art of gynecology and menopause to medical students from Washington University and Columbus Central University. Dr Cunningham is an Atlanta native and currently resides there with her husband of 30+ years. Dr. Cunningham has two children who she considers her miracles.
