Come along and meet the Breeding Waders EIP team as they introduce children to the fascinating world of breeding wader birds. Through interactive activities, kids will discover:
What makes these native birds so special
Why they choose to nest on the ground
The challenges they face in the wild
And why wetlands are such an important home for them
It’s a great opportunity for young nature lovers to learn, explore, and be inspired to protect our feathered friends!
