We warmly invite you to join us for an Urban Retreat with Gen Kelsang Ananda, who will take us on a joyful journey exploring the different minds of love. Together, we will immerse ourself into their respective qualities and understand their practical benefit in solving our daily problems. As Geshe Kelsang Gyatso explains, with love there are no more enemies and our problems have no ground to stand on. Taking the practice even further, we can unlock the potential to actually become a Buddha of Loving Kindness ourself, the ultimate goal of this precious human life.
