Για δεύτερη συνεχόμενη χρονιά, το Μουσείο Μαρία Κάλλας και ο Σύλλογος Οι Φίλοι της Μουσικής ενώνουν τις δυνάμεις τους, τιμώντας αυτή τη φορά την Ευρωπαϊκή Ημέρα Μουσικής με μια ανοιχτή εκδήλωση για όλους, στην καρδιά της Αθήνας!
🎻🎷Την Παρασκευή 20 Ιουνίου, η γειτονιά του Μουσείου – ακριβώς απέναντι από την είσοδό του, στην πλατεία Μητροπόλεως – θα πλημμυρίσει με ήχους και χρώματα από μια ομάδα νέων και πολλά υποσχόμενων μουσικών, σε ένα ζωντανό και ανατρεπτικό ρεπερτόριο!
Τα Μουσικά Σύνολα της Camerata Junior – Ορχήστρα Νέων των Φίλων της Μουσικής, ορχήστρας In Residence του Μεγάρου Μουσικής Αθηνών, προσκαλούν το κοινό σε ένα απογευματινό μουσικό ταξίδι από το μπαρόκ μέχρι τον 20ό αιώνα, με έργα Sibelius, Vanhal, Fauré, Mansell, αλλά και Μίκη Θεοδωράκη. 🎼
Βιογραφικό Ορχήστρας: Η Camerata Junior – Ορχήστρα Νέων των Φίλων της Μουσικής και ορχήστρα In Residence του Μεγάρου Μουσικής Αθηνών ιδρύθηκε το 2010 στο πλαίσιο των εκπαιδευτικών δράσεων του Συλλόγου Οι Φίλοι της Μουσικής, με σκοπό την καλλιέργεια των μουσικών ικανοτήτων νέων ταλαντούχων μουσικών, την ανάπτυξη πνεύματος συνεργασίας και τη διαπαιδαγώγησή τους μέσα από την πολύτιμη εμπειρία της ομαδικής μουσικής δράσης. Από τον Οκτώβριο του 2018 δάσκαλος και μαέστρος ανέλαβε ο εκλεκτός αρχιμουσικός Νίκος Χαλιάσας. Από τους μουσικούς της Ορχήστρας δημιουργήθηκαν το 2023 «Μουσικά Σύνολα», υπό τη διεύθυνση και διδασκαλία της Αριστέας Τσιχλή, με εμφανίσεις σε συναυλίες κλασικού και σύγχρονου ρεπερτορίου.

🎶For the second consecutive year, the Maria Callas Museum and the Friends of Music Society join forces, this time celebrating European Music Day with an open event for all, right in the heart of Athens!
On Friday, June 20, the neighborhood surrounding the Museum—directly across from its entrance, in Mitropoleos Square—will be filled with the sounds and colors of a group of young and promising musicians, performing a vibrant and unexpected repertoire.
💌We invite you to an afternoon musical journey spanning from Baroque to the 20th century, with works by Sibelius, Vanhal, Fauré, Mansell, and Mikis Theodorakis.
Orchestra Bio: Camerata Junior – The Friends of MusicYouth Orchestra and orchestra In Residence at the Athens Concert Hall was founded in 2010 as part of the Society’s educational programs. Its aim is to nurture the musical skills of young talented musicians, cultivate a spirit of collaboration, and educate them through the invaluable experience of ensemble music-making.
Since October 2018, the orchestra has been under the direction of distinguished conductor Nikos Chaliasas. In 2023, the “Music Ensembles” were formed from the orchestra’s musicians, led and taught by Aristea Tsichli, with appearances in concerts of both classical and contemporary repertoire.
