Join us as we embark on a kid-friendly event, the first we've ever hosted at The Haunted McInteer Villa. We'll talk about the hauntings and then allow the kids to join in on what could be their first ghost hunt at the second most Haunted location in the country, but it should be #1!

There have been 9 documented deaths on the property, all of natural causes, and one suicide, which was that of Charles Donovan. And while there's no documentation, many people have encountered a spirit named David. David presents himself as a young man around the age of 18-21 who was in the military and may have occupied one of the rooms at the Villa. His information is undocumented, but he's been there for the past 6+ years and doesn't seem to be going away anytime soon.

Come experience the McInteer Villa with your tween or teen with investigators Mike, Sam, and their lead investigator, Erica. They will guide you through the dark corners, share eerie tales, and use state-of-the-art and metaphysical devices to help detect any supernatural presence.

Ages permitted: Kids must be between 12 and 17 years old, with no exceptions, and must be accompanied by an adult. If there are more than three kids, there must be two adults. This location has tons of antiques and valuables that cannot be replaced. Anyone being disrespectful or unable to control their kid will be asked to leave so that the event is not disrupted.

You are responsible for any items broken during the event, and by purchasing this ticket and signing the waiver at registration, you agree to your responsibility with both EPIC VIP Events, LLC and The McInteer Villa.

The event starts promptly at 4:00 PM, and late arrivals will not be permitted to enter once it has started.

One Parent/One Teen or Teen—$35.00 (one adult per kid; please do not purchase two adult tickets for one to three kid(s).

Additional Tween or Teen - $10.00

Additional Adult - $15.00 (not available 1-3 kids, but required when you have 4 or more kids in your group) This will allow more kids to attend, as space is limited.
