Lunch 'n Learn: Confined Animal Feed Operations, Beavers, & Water Quality

On Wednesday, June 18th the Clatsop Soil and Water Conservation District will be hosting a Lunch and Learn session from 1-4 pm at the Judge Guy Boyington Building in downtown Astoria. Three speakers will be presenting, to share information and answer questions about improving water quality on your agricultural land, clarification on new CAFO rules, and how to utilize beaver activity on your land to your advantage and prevent damage from beavers.

Lunch will be provided, catered by Andy Catalano, featuring an array of locally sourced ingredients; smoked brisket, smoked salmon, or roasted vegetable sandwiches, and a strawberry sweet treat for dessert.
