Help us Welcome "The Cheese Lady" to Clark's Market in Aspen! 😍

Join us as world-famous cheese carver, Sarah Kaufman aka The Cheese Lady, will be carving a 500-lb. block of Henning's Cheddar Cheese. The sculpture will incorporate nods to Aspen and its heritage on this special weekend.

🧀 Friday, June 20 - Carving 1 p.m. through 4 p.m.
🧀 Saturday, June 21 - Carving 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
