Power Vinyasa Flow with Carrie Brewer

Power Vinyasa Yoga, like Vinyasa Yoga, connects body movement with breath, but it is focused on building strength, flexibility, and endurance. It is a practice that is asana-based (poses) and often uses Sun-Salutations poses to connect static poses for a fluid energetic flow. Through thoughtful physical movement and breath, Vinyasa Yoga allows you to experience focus on the body, mind, and spirit and leave the commotions of life for a while. Power Vinyasa is a strong form of Yoga suited for advanced practice. And the emphasis on flow of movement and breath makes Power Vinyasa a practice that beginners can explore and find their place in yoga.
