Yoga with Ziad invites you to a heart-opening spring adventure in the breathtaking Ammiq Natural Reserve 😍
There’s no better time than spring to visit Ammiq when nature is in full bloom, the air is fresh, the colors are alive, and the energy is simply magical ✨
Join us on Saturday, May 10 for a soulful day of connection, movement, and joy in one of Lebanon’s most stunning natural spots.
Ammiq Wetland (280 hectares) is the last major wetland in the country, a vibrant sanctuary for migrating birds and wild beauty. As we walk through its peaceful plains, you’ll feel the deep calm and wonder only nature can offer.
We’ll enjoy a awesome 12km hike, mostly flat and perfect for all levels 🤗
followed by an uplifting yoga session by the stream, surrounded by nature’s music, fresh air, and the vibrant energy of spring. A truly magical moment to move, breathe, and feel alive 🧘🏻♀️🥰
Expect:
Fresh air, birdsong, wide open spaces, good company, and lots of love. Bring your friends, family, and anyone who could use a day of peace and joy 🥰
What to bring:
Yoga mat, water, snacks, lunch, and a heart ready to receive.
Fees:
$25 per adult (includes transportation, entrance to the reserve, guide, and yoga session)
$15 for kids under 12
Medical insurance not included.

A $10 deposit is required via Wish Money to Ziad Nakhoul or in person.
